We are locally owned and run by David and Daphne Cook, and an owner is involved in every job that goes out our door. You are not getting a rotating cast of subcontractors managed by a call center. We run our own crew plus a vetted bench we have worked with for years, every painter background checked, and the people who show up are people we actually know.

We publish our pricing right on the website, including our per square foot ranges and our project minimum, so you can get a real number from the instant estimator before you ever schedule an in home visit. Many franchise locations require an in home sales appointment before giving any number at all.

We also do real wallpaper installation and removal as a core part of our business, not as an occasional add on. If wallpaper is part of your project, that is a meaningful difference in actual hands on experience.

Who should actually call a franchise instead of us

If you manage a large HOA, a multi building apartment community, or a commercial portfolio that needs standardized systems and reporting across many properties at once, a national franchise's scale may serve you better than a local company our size. If financing the project over time through the contractor itself is a requirement for you, that is also a real reason to look at a franchise, since we do not offer in house financing.
