Trust is easier to claim than it is to earn. This page gives homeowners and business owners one place to see the professional training, manufacturer relationships, recognition, community involvement, and customer proof behind D'Franco Painting & Wallpaper. Our goal is not to fill a page with badges. It is to make our experience and credentials easy to verify and to explain why they matter when you are deciding who to invite into your home or business.
Professional Training & Manufacturer Relationships
3M Certified
D'Franco Painting & Wallpaper has completed 3M certification/training. This adds another layer of professional education to the systems, materials, surface preparation, and job-site practices we use in our work.
Cabaret Cabinets, Cabinet Painting Training
Our cabinet refinishing education includes training with Cabaret Cabinets. Cabinet painting is not simply wall paint sprayed onto a cabinet door. Proper cleaning, preparation, sanding, adhesion, coating selection, application, curing, and handling all affect how a cabinet finish looks and how it performs.
ML Campbell Finishes, Professional Training
Our team has received training with ML Campbell Finishes, a professional wood-finishing brand used in cabinetry and millwork. That training helps us better understand coating systems, preparation, application, cure, sheen, and durability when refinishing cabinets.
Romabio, Preferred Vendor
D'Franco Painting & Wallpaper is a preferred vendor for Romabio limewash. Romabio products give homeowners options for changing brick and masonry while preserving a distinctive mineral finish. We help customers understand where limewash makes sense, how the finished appearance can vary, and how it compares with other masonry coating options.
Ongoing Product & Trade Education
Painting and finishing products keep changing. We continue learning about the products and systems we use, including professional coatings, primers, surface preparation, cabinet finishes, wallpaper products, and application equipment. We believe a craftsman should keep learning the trade rather than assuming yesterday's method is always tomorrow's best answer.
CONFIRM WITH DAVID
PCA member; WIA member; Google "best of" for Huntley. We need written confirmation of each before it goes live. These are not confirmed credentials or awards.
Customer Recognition & Reviews
One of the forms of recognition that matters most to us is what customers say after the project is finished. Reviews, referrals, repeat customers, homeowners buying lunch for a crew, customers tipping team members, and calls telling us how much they enjoyed working with the team are meaningful because they are earned after someone has experienced our work.
4.8 stars from 277 Google reviews.

Read our Google reviewsCommunity Involvement
D'Franco Painting & Wallpaper believes the talents and abilities we have been given are meant to be used to serve other people. That includes helping homeowners love the space they are in, creating opportunities for the people who work with us and their families, and supporting causes in our community.
Camp Cedar
D'Franco supports Camp Cedar in Illinois. Our involvement reflects a larger belief that a business can do more than complete projects. It can use its resources, relationships, and abilities to help people who need support.
Camp Cedar serves survivors of abuse. Daphne, her daughter, and one of their oldest and best friends, along with countless volunteers, work with these young girls to help them see their value and make sure they know they are not victims, they are heroes. You can read more at campcedarillinois.com.
Why Training & Recognition Matter
A badge by itself does not paint your cabinets, hang your wallpaper, or protect your home. The value is in what sits behind it: continued education, better questions, better systems, and a willingness to keep improving. When you are comparing painting and decorating companies, we encourage you to look beyond the marketing. Ask about training. Ask what products are being used and why. Ask how surfaces are prepared. Read the reviews. Look at completed projects. Ask what happens if there is a problem. Then choose the company that feels right for your home, your project, and your expectations.
Our Goal
We want to be the most known and trusted painting and wallpaper company in the communities we serve, not because we said so on a website, but because our customers, our work, our training, our transparency, and our involvement in the community give people reasons to trust us.
